Zoe Teeter- Owner

Zoe Teeter- OwnerZoe is a compassionate and zealous small business owner, educator, mother, and wife, embodying the very heart and spirit of Little Monarchs. While looking for childcare options for her eldest son, she discovered a significant shortage of preschool openings in Santa Rosa, which soon inspired her to establish Little Monarchs. Her vision for LMP was to create a space that was safe and inclusive to all families in Sonoma County, where parents could trust that their children were cared for in their absence.

Despite raising a highly spirited toddler and a newborn, she remains a devoted owner and preschool director LMP. Zoe uses her experiences in motherhood to empathize with parents when navigating developmental challenges. Each family at Little Monarchs can find reassurance in the fact that Zoe is always available to personally address any questions or concerns when our directors are not accessible. Zoe’s passion for early childhood education is fueled by her commitment to the well-being of both children and their families. Zoe not only goes out of her way to care for every student at our center, but puts an emphasis on fostering a strong relationship with every family as well.

Under Zoe’s leadership, Little Monarchs Preschool has become a vibrant, welcoming community where the values of family and compassion are at the forefront, providing children with a strong foundation for a lifetime of learning and growth.
